I am working with a trusted leader in fire safety solutions, known for developing cutting-edge technologies that protect lives and property across various industries. I am searching for a Client Services Manager, to join a team that drive commercial growth within their client base by maximizing project expansion and retention.
Responsibilities for the Client Services Manager
* Drive client retention and account growth
* Act as the main contact for key clients
* Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements
* Collaborating with internal teams.
Skills required for the Client Services Manager
* Background in Fire Safety Systems (Essential)
* Sales or Account Management experience
* Experience with CRM Systems and customer relationship management
* Strong problem-solving skills
