Location: Batley WF17 area
Contract: Temp ongoing contract, Monday to Friday 14:30-19:30
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
Demonstrated leadership experience or aspirations, evidenced by a track record of managing teams in a service-oriented environment
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members
Exhibits resilience and adaptability, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Comfortable with computer literacy, proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and management
Embraces a customer-focused mindset, with prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
