We are currently working with a prominent company within the facilities management industry - overseeing a large rail contract, and we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join their team in Doncaster. As a Rail Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations across the rail network in Doncaster. You will lead a dedicated team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning processes meet the high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality expected within the rail industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of cleaning operatives within the rail network Willing and able to travel to both London and Edinburgh for client meetings. Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out efficiently, in line with safety and quality standards Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage cleaning schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for staff Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and rail authorities, to ensure excellent service delivery Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencyKey Requirements: Full UK Driving License Willing and able to travel to both London and Edinburgh for client meetings.
