Are you passionate education and looking for a rewarding opportunity in secondary schools across the Wirral?
Academics is currently looking to recruit a cover supervisor to work within our client secondary schools across Wallasey and the surrounding areas on a daily supply basis. This can be as flexible as you need it to be!
As a cover supervisor you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the classroom, ensuring that students receive the best possible learning experience during their teachers absences.
Main Classroom Supervisor responsibilities:
Supervising secondary school students in the absence of the regular class teacher
Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a productive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere
Adhering to school policies and procedures
What you will need to work as a Classroom Supervisor with Academics:
Previous experience supporting children and/or young adults is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage the classroom effectively
Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
Enhanced DBS certificate registered to the update service, or be willing to get one (Cost applied)The benefits of working with Academics
