Position: Classroom Assistant
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic school team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the learning and development of students, helping them reach their full potential in a classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
Working with small groups or individual students to provide additional support and guidance.
Supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to a fully inclusive education.
Helping to manage classroom behavior and maintaining a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
Preparing classroom resources and materials as required.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as marking and filing.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teacher.
Key Requirements:
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed academically and socially.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Patience, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
A flexible and adaptable attitude to working in various classroom settings.
