Class 1 HGV Driver Permanent Opportunity We have a great opportunity for a Class 1 HGV Driver for a permanent role with a well established company. This is a great opportunity to join a small team of drivers with a well established company driving well maintained Class 1 HGVs within the UK Basic Salary £35,100 + Daily Bonus, Weekend Premiums, Overtime rates, Meal Allowance, Night Allowance Enhanced Holiday entitlement Well maintained fleet with a commitment to drivers well being No part loads/milk runs or groupage An opportunity to join a great company that values their workforce Opportunity for further training e.g. ADR training which brings enhancements in payThe Job Role Working as part of a small logistics team as HGV Class 1 driver covering local and UK routes Predominantly driving Class 1 HGV Vehicles; Container, Side Curtain and Trailer Ensuring loads are safe within transit Occasional Nights out as required Delivering full loads across the UK and returning back loads to Immingham Ensuring correct POD paperwork Ensuring Customer service at all times when delivering loadsThe Successful Candidate Experience is desirable however attitude is key for success within this role. Valid Class 1 UK Driving Licence Valid CPC Health and Safety Conscious at all times Clean driving licence is preferred however up to 3 points considered Experience working within a similar role e.g. HGV Driver, LGV Driver, Shunter Driver, Tramper Driver is highly desirable however all levels of experience considered Good customer service skills Flexible approach to working Keen to learn new skillsWould you like a permanent position with a company that is committed to looking after their drivers?
