Job Description
Class 1 HGV Driver
Avonmouth - Permanent
£45,000 (£16hr PAYE)
We're looking for a reliable Class 1 HGV Driver to transport heavy plant equipment nationwide. This role requires overnight stays and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport and safely secure plant machinery.
Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.
Maintain accurate delivery records.
Communicate effectively with transport teams and clients.Requirements:
Valid Class 1 HGV license, CPC, and Tachograph card.
Knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
Experience with heavy plant transport preferred.
NPORS/CPCS Loader Securer qualification is a plus.
