Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Insurance Claims Handler with good knowledge of commercial insurance to join a well established insurance broker in the heart of Cambridge. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with a salary of £28-40,000 per annum dependent on experience plus hybrid working (3 days office, 3 days home) + excellent benefits package!! As Insurance Claims Handler you will be working closely with the Commercial Account Executives to assist with negotiating with insurers and providing tailored insurance advice and first-class customer service to clients. Main duties will include: Administer a portfolio of client insurance plans in a professional and ethical manner following agreed procedures Handle a full range of commercial business across all classes You will be the client’s first point of contact for cover queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issues and many other tasks and projects.
