Customer Service/Claims Handler Brierley Hill £22,600 per annum 9am - 5pm  Monday - Friday  Temp-Perm We are currently recruiting for one of our well-established and fast growing clients in the Oldbury area. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable and professional and have a Customer Service background (experience in insurance or claims isn't essential)  About you: - You have a 'can do' attitude, flexible approach, passion for doing a good job, you’re performance-driven and a team player - Good organisational and prioritization skills - Be confident using computers and software systems such as Microsoft. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The details: As a Claims Handler you’ll take ownership of their case and support them following a insurance claim; through investigating, negotiating and settling their claims while providing the high standard of customer service. You’ll need to: - Stay calm and patient when dealing with challenging and emotional situations; - Be proactive and able to guide the customer through their claim; - Be eager to develop your knowledge in order to make the best decision for the customer; - Be a team-player and collaborate with other teams, departments and suppliers What happens after you apply for this role?
