Claims Handler
£24,000-£27,000 basic
Uncapped bonus scheme (£32,000-£35,000+)
Central Stockport with onsite parking
I am working with a rapidly emerging Credit Hire organisation in Central Stockport who have roles available across their successful Claims department.
We have placed two people within the business already, who love the environment! You will truly be able to make a difference to processes, be paid well and looked after by the directors.
They utilise cutting edge marketing, a leading repairer network and the latest technology to provide an excellent comprehensive accident management service.
You will be responsible for ;
- Explaining the benefits of not using their own insurer (i.e excess fee incurred, higher insurer premium)
- Make a decision on liability and obtain relevant evidence.
- Carrying out an initial first notification call
- Sourcing a replacement vehicle.
- Placing repairs appropriately within their localised or national partner network.
The package ;
- £24,000 - £27,000 basic
- £32,000-£35,000+ OTE
- Annual bonus
- Core hours - Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm
- Free onsite parking
- Overtime and Weekend work available (remote/from home)
