Key Responsibilities:
•Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards and foster a nurturing, family-like environment.
•Prioritize the welfare and protection of children, ensuring exceptional childcare standards.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the team through effective supervision and motivation.
•Take on managerial duties in the Registered Manager's absence.
Ideal Candidate:
•Experienced senior leader or deputy manager within children's residential homes.
•Holds a Level 3/Level 4 qualification in Children & Young People's Services or equivalent.
•Friendly, proactive, and a strong team player.
•Dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
