Job Description
P4 Recruitment are currently seeking a Children's Residential Team leader
The home supports young adults, aged between 16-18 and have mental health issues, to transition into adulthood.
Location Salford, Manchester
Hours - 40 per week
Shifts - various day shifts 7.30am - 9pm, waking nights 8.30pm -8am
An example is 4 days on then 3 days off then 4 days waking nights.
Salary £12.80 per hour
Role
Support the team to deliver high class care and support
Be knowledgeable of safeguarding
Constantly review performance and deliver training as needed
Complete risk assessments and care plans
Demonstrate good leadership skills
Be award of Ofsted regulations
