Registered Manager – Children’s Home Location: Redditch Salary: £52,000–£57,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you a seasoned Registered Manager looking to lead an established children’s home with a proven track record of success? This is an excellent opportunity to join a 4-bed home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), currently rated Good by Ofsted. You will work alongside an experienced interim team during the transition and be pivotal in maintaining the home’s high standards. Requirements: * Current Registered Manager status with Ofsted * Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings * Leadership experience in EBD settings * NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Start Date: Immediate availability preferred, with a supportive transition period alongside the outgoing manager and interim team
