This is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth, maximising profitability, and developing high-value client relationships. The successful candidate will lead sales, business development, and marketing strategies to ensure sustainable and scalable revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive new business acquisition, cross-selling, and retention strategies across key markets.
Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and business development teams.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to enhance revenue generation.
Oversee pricing models, contract negotiations, and commercial strategies.
Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure revenue targets are met.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy. Key Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior revenue-focused role within the Facilities Management (FM) industry or related service sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with a history of successfully driving business growth.
Extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic account management.

Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.
