We are looking for a C Suite leader - with appetite, for appointment as COO.
In this leadership role - you will be helping to lead a reputed Professional Services Firm.
Discussions Basic - range £300k to £325k pa with benefits & remote working.
The successor will have substantive responsibilities and objectives which are closely tied to strategic and operational success for the practice. This Firm is a Professional Services practice, operating internationally, and is trusted by organisations in sectors worldwide.
Main Challenges are in developing & delivering:
a) customer-centric relationships, product-service solutions, csr and workplace hrm
b) service excellence, business development wins, operational efficiencies, AI adoption
We are open to interest from profiles - based on their potential, not just prior history.
