The Role:
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, and optimizing financial performance. You will work closely with the Founder, investors, and executive team to deliver scalable and sustainable growth while preparing the business for future transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic financial roadmap to support global expansion and exit strategies.
* Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
* Manage investor relations, fundraising activities, and capital structure planning.
* Drive improvements in financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
* Overhaul Management Information Systems (MIS), implementing KPIs, dashboards, and real-time financial insights.
* Lead M&A transactions, private equity engagements, and due diligence processes.
* Establish and enhance financial and operational processes to support scalability and efficiency.
* Oversee tax structuring and financial optimization strategies to maximize shareholder value.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and cost efficiencies.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth, internationally scaling business.
* Extensive track record in fundraising, private equity, M&A transactions, and exits.
* Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
* Expertise in financial systems, governance, and compliance within a multi-entity environment.
* Ability to drive business transformation and operational efficiencies.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
