We are working with a forward-thinking, continuously growing organisation, who is seeking a strategic and commercially savvy CFO to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial leader or an ambitious Finance leader ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth objectives
Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis
Provide leadership and guidance to the central accounting team
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports
Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction
Manage relationships external bodies
Oversee the company's investment activities and manage the due diligence process
Who we're looking for:
A fully qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant post-qualification experience
A strong track record in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation
Tech-savvy with the ability to solve systems challenges quickly
A confident leader, capable of managing investor relations and guiding financial decisions
