Exciting Opportunity for Chef de Partie – Prestigious Catering Team
Are you a talented and passionate Chef ready to join a dynamic team? We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a prestigious catering team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, work in a supportive and creative environment, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and Senior Chef de Parties in preparing and presenting a range of high-quality dishes.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, following HACCP, food safety, and health and safety guidelines.
Help control food costs and reduce wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet the team’s high standards.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and storage of food, ensuring it is done in line with all safety and labelling procedures.
Step into a leadership role during the absence of a section chef and provide guidance to junior team members.

Average of 37.5 hours per week.

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and COSHH.
Passion for maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
A flexible and collaborative approach to tasks, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
