Job Description
Conrad Consulting are presenting a new vacancy in Central Manchester CDM Principal Designer to join a busy Health & Safety team. The role will be based working from a new, modern office in the city centre but typically project work will be based across the UK.
Projects you will encounter here generally fall within the following sectors: Education, Commercial, Residential and Blue Light.
The core Responsibilities of the CDM Principal Designer will include:
Carrying out site inspections, audits, advice, monitoring of key gateways and information including risk & method statements, Operations &Maintenance and Health & Safety file.
Working on RIBA stages 1-6.
Work alongside the Head of Construction Design & Management, under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System to assist clients to manage health and safety risks by delivering a bespoke service.The ideal candidate for this CDM Consultant role will have the following experience:
Working in a CDM role in relevant sectors: Education, Commercial, Residential and Blue Light.
Producing documentation in relation to the role.
Leading projects as a CDM Principal Designer from inception of projects through to completion.
