Role: CDM Adviser/Principal Designer
Location: Glasgow with Nationwide Travel
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
Conrad Consulting is excited to be partnering with a well respected property consultancy in their search for a new CDM Adviser/Principal Designer to join their team. This exciting role offers the chance to work alongside senior team members, providing a wide range of CDM support services to a variety of clients across the country. You will have the chance to be part of a well-established team with over 30 years of expertise in CDM compliance.
What you will be doing as a CDM Adviser/Principal Designer
Creating and reviewing CDM-related paperwork and documents
Attending team meetings and undertaking site visits
Providing expert CDM guidance to clients and colleagues
Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and health & safety guidelines
Compiling pre-construction information, reviewing construction phase plans, and maintaining health and safety filesWhat we are looking for from the CDM Adviser/Principal Designer:
Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction health and safety
Familiarity with CDM 2015 Regulations and the responsibilities of designers in construction
Ability to plan and organise your workload, working independently when required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Drive and ambition to support business growth and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to generate reports and documentation
A full driver's license and access to your own vehicleIdeal qualifications:
NEBOSH General Certificate / Construction qualification
Design or construction-related qualifications
