A Globally Renowned Organisation is looking to recruit a Category Buyer (fixed term contract with **potential to convert) to join their vibrant and fast-paced business. This is not your typical Category Buyer role. This is an incredibly exciting role that requires creative thinking, working with some of the best people in the industry!
**There are current permanent employees who initially joined as on a FTC and were converted!
Your new role
Category Buyer role taking full end-to-end ownership of category strategies, spend analysis
RFI, RFQ, RFP
Supplier sourcing, negotiations and relationship and risk management
Stakeholder engagement
What you'll need to succeed
5 years' Procurement experience with commercial acumen
Strong communication, negotiation and engagement skills
Proactive identifying cost savings, process improvements / any business concerns
People person, ability to build relationships - culture fit it very important!
