About the role
The services provided across JRHT Care Services include the provision of residential nursing and domiciliary care in both registered homes and extra care schemes.
The purpose of the General and Community Care Services Administrator is to provide support and high-quality administration and secretarial service to the Manager and key staff within the service.
The post will provide confidential administrative support including:
* Supporting data management on the HR system, including sickness absence and annual leave
* Raising POs using the electronic system and ensuring compliance with organization processes.
* Managing delivery of goods and processing Goods Received Notes.
* Monitoring and reporting of faults and repairs.
* General admin duties include typing, filing, billing of voids, creating new resident files, diary management (including staff and residents) and producing meeting minutes.
* Act as the first point of contact for the site, answering telephone enquiries, dealing with issues/queries from residents and staff and signposting as and when required.
About you
We’d like our Care Services Administrator to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet. You’ll have experience of administration processes and practices with effective and confident customer care skills.
With good written and oral communication skills, you’ll have good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people at all levels, able to manage and prioritise own workload and able to work as part of a team.
