Candidate Consultant / Candidate Resourcer Location: Close to Bank station Hybrid working - 4 days in office/ 1 from home Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 plus comms Simply Education are currently looking for a Candidate Consultant to join our high performing London team to help us find more high quality Teachers and Teaching Assistants to support our client schools. The team is going from strength to strength, and we need someone to spear head our growth by bringing in excellent candidates through our various media outlets. The role of a Candidate Consultant: Posting adverts to generate great responses Learn about the schools our consultants are working with, to assess what types of teachers they're looking for Screening applicants on the phone Interviewing and registering candidates Selling to your candidates to the consultants Assisting in filling vacancies Work with the compliance team to assist in getting candidates clear Key skills required: Drive, determination and motivation Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills Confident and resilient personality Strong communications skills with the ability to build rapport Exceptional organisational skills Ability to build relationships We can offer you: Excellent base salary Commission structure based on candidates placed Flexible shift patterns 7:00-4:30 / 8:00-5:30 Incentives during campaigns including early finishes and vouchers Growth opportunity in the role But the best thing we can offer is the team environment.
