Job Advertisement: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Location: Nuneaton Area Team: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Start Date: ASAP Rate: £26 per hour Are you a compassionate and experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) ready to make a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our CAMHS team in Nuneaton, providing essential care coordination for young individuals with mental health needs. Role Overview Position: Band 6 CPN Responsibilities: Care coordination for a caseload of approximately 30 children and adolescents. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Conduct mental health assessments and risk management plans. Provide high-quality support and interventions to young people and their families. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Option for one day of remote working per week, subject to agreement. Essential Requirements Qualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration. Experience: Proven experience in care coordination, preferably within CAMHS or a similar setting. Skills: Excellent communication and engagement skills with young people and families. Strong organizational abilities to manage a busy caseload. Transport: Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car for community visits. Why Join Us?
