Job Description
Drawing (CAD) Technician
We are working with a successful electrical contracting business based in Bromsgrove. They specialise in electrical design and fitting out of commercial premises.
This role is available due to their continued success and their drive to expand their in-house Design team.
The Job:
You will be responsible for producing electrical drawings from architect drawings (utilising AutoCAD). You will also be involved in all BIM projects, assisting the team with co-ordination of MEP services and reviewing the latest BIM Model.
Reporting directly to the BIM Manager, you will utilise the latest CAD software
Revit
Navisworks Manager
Revit Server/ BIM 360
Autocad 2025

The Person:
We are looking for an experienced Engineer with previous experience of using AutoCad and Revit. Experience with BIM is essential and electrical drawing would be an advantage.
If you are a keen engineer, who enjoys a busy environment and a role with a variety of projects we would like to hear from you. You will be working with excellent engineers, and will be able to grow and evolve in a role with an exceptional company.
The Package:
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE +Benefits
