Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Are you a talented CAD Technician looking to join a bespoke architecture firm in North Nottinghamshire? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to work on unique and exciting architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, and Inventor.
* Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine project designs.
* Ensure all drawings and models comply with industry standards and regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
* Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the design team.
* Maintain and update CAD libraries and project files.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, and Inventor.
* A relevant degree in architecture is advantageous.
* Any CAD background using Inventor will be considered.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
