Position: CAD Detailing Coordinator
Location: Flintshire
Hours: Monday - Friday (days)
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the detailing team in Flintshire. You will work on a variety of projects across industries like Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients, architects, and the commercial team to move projects from concept to completion, including design, drawings, and pricing.
Assist the commercial team with take-off and pricing support.
Use Revit (or other 3D drawing software) to create building models and drawings.
Produce accurate panel lists, accessory schedules, and production drawings.
Provide technical support to both internal and external customers.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company codes.Skills & Experience:
Experience in construction or a similar field is helpful.
Strong technical and mathematical skills.
Attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Revit or other 3D drawing software is a plus (training provided).
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.How to Apply:
