CAD DESIGNER (JOINERY) | LANCASHIRE 🚨
We’re on the lookout for a talented CAD Designer with joinery experience to join a well-established interior fit-out business in Lancashire. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality bespoke joinery, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role:
As a CAD Designer, you’ll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans for custom joinery projects, including cabinetry, furniture, and architectural woodwork. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and the production team to bring concepts to life, ensuring feasibility, accuracy, and efficiency in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop detailed CAD drawings for high-end bespoke joinery projects.
✅ Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure specifications are met.
✅ Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and building regulations.
✅ Produce plans, elevations, sections, and assembly instructions.
✅ Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project managers.
✅ Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable.
✅ Maintain and update CAD libraries and templates.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven CAD Design experience in joinery & interior fit-out.
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
🔹 Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
💡 3D modelling experience? Not essential but a big advantage!
📍 Location: Lancashire
💰 Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
