EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a CAD CAM Programmer to join a precision engineering company located in Northampton working on a permanent basis.

The business is a leading specialist in manufacturing complex, safety-critical components for a number of high profile markets.
Due to continued success and further growth, our client requires additional support within their machining department.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Generate programs (mill turn/turning/milling), run/adjust them and set up tooling.
* Create programs using both online and offline CAD CAM software.
* Produce and inspect "first off" parts against drawings, ensuring output meets quality standards
* Meet production schedules and perform routine machine maintenance.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
* Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience
* Mill Turn / Turn Mill / Milling / Turning machining skills
* Ability to set / operate / edit & program CNC Machines
* Experience working with Fanuc control panels
* CAD CAM programming capabilities
* Multi axis machining
* Minimum 5 years machining complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas etc
* Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
