Role Purpose:
In this newly created role, you will lead the procurement management for indirect spend categories (e.g. energy, facilities, IT, equipment, transport, and other services). You will the procurement leader in your defined categories, driving spend analysis, supplier management, policy, contract negotiations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Category Management: Drive strategic category management across indirects, maximizing supplier value and cross-functional opportunities.
* Process Enhancement: Streamline procurement processes, implement governance frameworks, and lead sourcing changes to boost efficiency.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and deploy SRM frameworks to enhance supplier performance, innovation, and sustainability.
* Risk & Sustainability: Support ESG strategy, managing supplier risk and transparency.
* Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with stakeholders to expand the proposition and drive procurement transformation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in indirect category management
* A strong track record in developing and executing procurement strategies (essential)
