Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional, highly discreet, service-driven, and Russian speaking Travelling Butler to support an UHNW Principal. This is a demanding yet rewarding role that requires impeccable attention to detail, foresight, and a deep understanding of luxury service. The Travelling Butler will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the Principal’s travel experience is seamless, from preparing residences and accommodations in advance, to anticipating their needs before they even arise. Based in Cyprus when not travelling, you will be expected to fly ahead of the Principal(s), ensuring their environment is meticulously arranged to their exact preferences. This Travelling Butler role is best suited for a sophisticated and polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and understands the nuances of elite, personalised service.
Key Travelling Butler Responsibilities:
* Advance Preparation - fly ahead of the Principal(s) to ensure their destination is perfectly set up to their exact preferences.
* Packing & Wardrobe Management - expertly pack/unpack and anticipate their wardrobe needs for every occasion.
* Luxury Service Coordination - arrange the finest details, from securing the best tables at top restaurants to ensuring their favourite amenities and items are available.
* Seamless Travel Support - oversee logistics and ensure smooth transitions between residences and destinations.
* Discreet & Personalised Service - maintain the highest level of privacy, discretion, and attention to detail at all times.
Travelling Butler Requirements:
* Fluent in Russian and highly articulate
* Impeccable presentation, refined, and sophisticated

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Cyprus and to travel extensively. Only candidates who speak Russian fluently can be considered.
