The Opportunity
Lead our dedicated fabrication/machining units to new heights of performance, balancing world-class quality standards with ambitious production targets in an environment where quality is critical.
You’ll excel at:
* Driving departmental KPIs including productivity and sales targets
* Implementing Lean principles and continuous improvement
* Managing inventory and production workflows with precision
* Building high-performing teams through effective leadership
* Maintaining rigorous quality control in line with aerospace standards
* Ensuring exemplary health and safety compliance
You bring:
* 5+ years management experience in regulated manufacturing – preferably, but not restricted to, aerospace
* Proven Lean Six Sigma implementation expertise
* Outstanding team leadership capabilities
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving excellence
* Management qualification (desirable)
