Italian Speaking Business Travel Consultant
Italian speaking Corporate travel consultant required with Travel experience for a large successful Business travel company based from Home
Seeking Travel consultants that have experience in Corporate travel or business travel and GDS experience in Galileo
Working Monday to Friday
Fluent Italian Speaking Business Travel Consultant will
Book travel arrangements to include hotels, flights and transportation using the GDS Galileo system
Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, upgrades as needed
Deal with reissues, schedule changes and amendments to flights
Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, hotels and tickets
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Manage customised solutions with clients and partners.
Fluent Italian speaking Business Travel Consultant Skills required
Working knowledge of the GDS, Galileo
Business Travel or corporate travel experience essential
Fluent Italian and English
A team player, with strong communication skills, who thrive in a demanding environment.
Fluent Italian speaking Business Travel Consultant additional info:
Paying a salary of up £36,000 depending on experience
Homeworking

Small shift pattern between 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday
