Business Support Officer Position: Business Support Officer Rate of Pay: £13.02 per hour Recruiter: Opus People Solutions, on behalf of our client, North Northampton Council. Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite at Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northampton, NN15 7QX. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, 35-minute unpaid break. Duration: Until March 2025 - potential to extend. Number of positions: 2 About the Role We are seeking an experience and skilled Business Support Officers to join the ECMS Project Team within Children's Services. The role is crucial in supporting the Education Case Management System (ECMS) project is delivering a new IT system for The role of the Business Support Officer involves working closely with the ECMS Project Team to accurately input, transfer, monitor and record data into the new IT system. Key Responsibilities: To provide customer focused support to the project and services within the Children's Services Directorate. Provide support to the service to improve data quality within current and new IT systems. Contribute to the successful delivery of the ECMS project at the Council. Data within the new ECMS will be of high quality Communication with the ECMS project is dealt with efficiently as required. Training activities are undertaken as required by the post. All Council policies and procedures are complied with. To commit to the Council's Vision, Priorities and Objectives.· Essential Requirements Previous experience working within Administration is essential. Previous experience working within data entry is essential. Accuracy and precision with data entry is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel. Previous experience working with CRM trackers. Previous experience transferring data. Previous experience implementing new IT systems. Attention to detail and a keen eye is essential
