The Role: This is a dual-focused position, offering a 50/50 split between front-of-house responsibilities and HR administration. You will be the first point of contact for both external clients and internal colleagues, ensuring a seamless and professional experience while also supporting HR functions. Assisting the HR manager, you will have a meticulous eye for detail and be very process driven within your work. You will assist with annual audits, process monthly payroll changes, assist with project management pieces including the implementation of a new HR software, as well as assisting with some recruitment responsibilities. The Person: Confident and mature, able to handle confidential documents and payroll responsibilities. Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong ability to self-manage. Polished, articulate, and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
