Business Operations Officer known internally as a "Project Support Officer" Fixed Term until July 2025 Beeston, Nottingham: £31,380 /Faringdon, London: £34,772 About Us: Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is one of the UK's leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. About the role It is an exciting and busy time of change within MTVH. As part of the Strategy, Performance and Projects Team within Corporate Services, you?ll support Project Teams to co-ordinate and deliver a range of different projects on our five-year Corporate Plan. This is a fixed-term role until July 2025 ? for internal candidates this is offered as a secondment opportunity. Working with our team of Project Managers, you?ll play a key role in bringing positive change to the business by helping ensure projects are adequately planned and resourced. Day-to-day, you?ll have responsibility for a wide variety of activities such as communicating with stakeholders, scheduling and attending workshops, keeping project documentation up-to-date and organised and generally keeping projects running smoothly. You?ll work on a variety of projects spanning multiple directorates and teams across MTVH, with opportunities to learn and develop skills in project planning, requirements gathering, data analysis, risk management, stakeholder engagement, change management and more. You?ll also support our team of Business Analysts and contribute to the development both our Project Management and Business Analysis frameworks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a business support role looking to gain experience of project delivery and business change.
