Job Description

A reputable law firm with a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services to its clients is currently looking for a skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join its dynamic team. It specialises in residential and commercial property transactions, offering expert advice and efficient solutions in the field of conveyancing. Conveyancer Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. * Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law. * Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions. * Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies throughout the process. * Handle client queries professionally and maintain excellent client relationships. * Manage a case-load efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets. Conveyancer Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience in property law. * Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and legal frameworks. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage a varied case-load and work under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., case management systems).
