Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Commercial Flooring) Construction experience sales required
£40-£70k ( with bonuses )
Location: Essex
Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by securing new business, converting outstanding quotations, and managing client relationships. This role combines immediate contract acquisition with strategic long-term business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert submitted quotations into live contracts.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Prospect new business through networking, research, and cold calling.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with proactive strategies.
Key Qualifications:
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in flooring, construction, or building materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus.
