Investment Consultant/Business Development Manager - Birmingham Property Developer OTE £80,000 - £100,000 Business Development Manager - Birmingham  £30,000 Basic Salary  0.5% - 2% Commission (Sale Price) Working directly for a property developer Hybrid role between Investment Consultant & Business Development  As a Business Development Manager your main focus will be expanding the investment agency network within the UK and Internationally. In addition to this, from time to time, the candidate will also be working directly with property investors, understanding their criteria and investment trends. Expand the agency network Build and maintain rapport with agents Have an innovative approach to generating new business Learn and understand each development Negotiate sales of residential property Conduct site visits with agents and prospective buyers Meet agreed performance and sales targets Work with the UK's leading property developer What you'll Bring: Experience in the Property Sales Sector  Ideally have experience within Off-Plan Sales  Ideally worked in a Business Development Role  Other experience considered £30k + Commission (£80,000 - £100,000 + 1st year OTE) Office - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm No weekend office work Disclaimer Integro Partners Ltd operates as an employment agency and employment business.
