Business Development Manager – Mobility/Logistics Office: Hybrid/Remote + UK travel Salary: £55,000 to £80,000+ (Depending on experience and seniority) Car Allowance: £6,000 Commission: Uncapped (double OTE) Pod Talent is thrilled to partner with a leading worldwide mobility and relocation company specialising in B2B and B2C relocation and logistics services. You'll be joining a fast-growing sales team focused on onboarding new corporate clients. This role offers significant growth potential, along with a high level of autonomy and strategic decision-making in business development. What are your responsibilities: Analyse market trends, demands, and potential opportunities within SMBs and SMEs. Develop and execute strategies to expand global business presence. Drive sales and revenue growth by surpassing individual and team targets. Collaborate directly with clients to deliver customised logistics and full relocation solutions. Manage cross-border acquisitions across the UK and EU. What is your skill set: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development within relocation services (ideally), or in related industries such as logistics, tax, immigration, compliance, HR, or employee benefits. Proven experience in cold calling, marketing and B2B sales within the SME corporate sector. Strong skills and knowledge in sales tools, CRM and Salesforce. Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset focused on achieving sales and value-driven goals.
