Graduate Business Development Executive – Apprenticeships (Healthcare Sector)
📍 Location: Cardiff (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
💰 Salary: £25,000 per month + Commission (OTE £35k+)
⏳ Hours: Monday – Friday (Early Finish on Fridays!)

The Role:
As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving apprenticeship sales within the healthcare sector. You’ll be working with care providers, NHS trusts, and private healthcare organizations, helping them access funded training solutions to upskill their workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Identifying and engaging with potential clients in the healthcare sector
✅ Building relationships and pitching apprenticeship solutions to key decision-makers
✅ Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
✅ Attending industry events and networking opportunities
✅ Achieving and exceeding sales targets with support and ongoing training
