Business Development Manager - Ecommerce | International Parcels - Up to £60,000
We're looking for a Business Development Manager join our client and to help grow the business. You'll be responsible for finding and building relationships with companies that need international parcel delivery services. Your main goal is to drive sales by understanding client needs and offering solutions that meet those needs.

Find potential clients through networking, research, and industry events.
Understand client shipping needs and challenges.
Create and present proposals that show the value of our services.
Close deals that meet client needs and company goals.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Offer ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Look for ways to expand services and grow accounts.
Work with internal teams to support new clients.
Help develop sales strategies and share market insights with the team.
Meet and exceed sales targets
Track and report sales activities in the CRM system.
Update management on sales progress.Qualifications and Experience
Proven success in B2C sales and new business development.
Experience with international shipping
Knowledge of Incoterms for international shipments.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and international trade.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Motivated, self-driven, and results-focused.
Valid driving license
UK based (within 70 miles of LHR)
Right to work in the UK
