Position: Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding
Location: Leeds (Flexible: Office, Home, & Field-based)
Salary: up to £35,000 + bonuses
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 17:00pm

Whether you've got experience in internal freight sales, freight operations, field-based business development, or account management for air, ocean, or road freight, we want you to take the wheel!
The role:
Work closely with our Business Development Manager to help drive business growth and retention.
Identify and unlock new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
Cultivate and manage key client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Be the face of the company in the field, building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers across air, ocean, and road freight.
Meet and exceed sales targets (and celebrate those wins, because we're all about success!).

A background in internal freight sales, field-based business development, or freight operations/account management (bonus points for air, ocean, or road freight experience).
