We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, specialising in Industrial and Driving Recruitment.
About the Role
As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base within the industrial and driving sectors. You’ll have the autonomy to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial and driving recruitment markets.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing customised solutions.
* Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
* Collaborating with our recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service and candidate placement.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment sales or business development, preferably in the industrial or driving sectors.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
* Strong understanding of the industrial and driving recruitment landscape in the Birmingham area.
* Full UK driving license.
