Working with a leading brand based in Solihull in their search for a Permanent Business Analyst to join an evergrowing team. This is a rare opportunity to get involved in a state-of-the-art transformation programme and grow a team. If you are a Business Analyst with 3-5 years experience this is one not to be missed. Up to £55,000 base + bonus and great benefits. You will be needed on site in Solihull 3 days a week with Mondays and Fridays from home.  The Business Analyst is an experienced person in our IT function, that will champion strategic initiatives that leverage technology innovation to give our organization a competitive edge. This role involves analysing complex business problems and designing cutting-edge IT solutions that not only streamline operations but also create new opportunities for growth. The Business Analyst is instrumental in translating business needs into technical requirements, harnessing the power of data analytics and IT for informed decision-making, and leading the charge in our digital transformation journey. By staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and integrating them into our business processes, the Business Analyst helps us maintain our competitive advantage in the industry.  The Business Analyst will be accountable for documenting and analysing business processes, products, services, solutions and data to identify and make recommendations for business efficiency improvements; analysing the impact of proposed solution on business operations including processes, products, services, solutions and data; and maintaining a library of business requirements and collaborate with change management processes to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications
