Business Analyst - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London (Hybrid - up to 2 days WFH per week post-handover)
Salary: Up to £65,000
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, maternity leave cover. With a target start date of March 31st, you'll ensure a seamless handover period and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful projects across the business.
Key Projects in Progress or Upcoming:
Implementation of a Client Portal
Launch of a Client Digital Onboarding Portal
Core Systems Transition (currently in progress)
Various AI and Automation Initiatives
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services (Asset Management/ Wealth Management)
Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience working in lean teams and thriving in scale-up environments.
Proficiency with Visio and process mapping tools.
A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges.
