Contract Business Analyst - Financial Services Role: Contract Business Analyst Location: Warwickshire Duration: 2 months Rate: Negotiable About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join a leading bank and play a critical role in delivering key projects and initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across various business units, providing analysis and insight to drive transformation and optimise processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a dynamic environment, focusing on regulatory compliance, process improvement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Process Analysis & Mapping Policy Mapping & Documentation. Stakeholder Management Data Analysis Regulatory Compliance. Change Management Skills and Experience Required Banking Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking sector, with specific experience in mortgages. Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Tools: Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret data, and present findings in a clear and actionable way. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA, GDPR). Key Attributes Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
