Job Description

Job type: Contract (Outside IR35)
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support a global digital transformation project, focused on implementing a new ERP system.
The role will include:
Collaborate with GPOs and consultants to define and document business requirements for ERP system changes.
Gather functional and technical requirements from SMEs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
Develop Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, including process workflows and data mapping.
We are looking for following skills and experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Experience with IFS ERP or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
Experience facilitating workshops and managing multiple workstreams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and requirements management tools.
