Building Surveyor - A dynamic team with uncapped support and training, including APC! A leading consultancy based in Cambridge, are now on the lookout for a well-rounded Building Surveyor to strengthen their versatile team. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to work with a variety of clients and have a fast tracked journey to more progression and further responsibility. You'll role as the chosen Building Surveyor, will be to work on a variety of schemes across the commercial, industrial, retail and office sectors, carrying out predominantly professional bias services including dilapidations, licenses to alter, ppm's, surveys and party walls. Person specification This role will suit a Building Surveyor who works collaboratively within a team setting, as well as confident to work autonomously.
