Building Surveyor - A chartered surveying practice looking for someone with residential experience! A chartered surveying practice, with nationwide offices, are seeking a residential savvy Building Surveyor, to join them in their London based team. This is an opportunity for an ideally, qualified Building Surveyor, to work on a portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality properties. Your role, as a qualified Building Surveyor will be to run your projects autonomously and manage your workload accordingly, whilst supporting inexperienced Surveyors where necessary. Person specification This role will suit a Building Surveyor who can hit the ground running on schemes, confidentially and who enjoys working to their own management.
